we bought the 2017 Springdale Keystone had problems with fireplace, defects in its wiring, USB ports never worked, electric side of water heater has burnt out twice, faucet handles broke off, ceiling leaks in several places, under the seats at kitchen table have mold which keeps coming back, the list does continue, health issues including cancer, breathing problems ECT…when requested service calls was told it would be months then before 5yr warranty tried again they changed the name and couldn’t help told they weren’t honoring warranty can i please be entered into class action

hello I think i may have a potential intentional infliction of emotional distress tort claim against someone. Additionaly against their family and families company. Im A 39 year old male living in san antonio texas, a victim who was awarded a considerable settlement for sexual abuse that occurred when I was younger. Which is part of what was used against me. I would like to explore this further with an attorney if available. Thank you-

Former student at the art institute of Fort Lauderdale

Hi, I’m reaching out because I just came across this information. I hope it’s not too late but I was at the Orleans to the Fort Lauderdale in Florida for little a little less than two years and I find it suspicious how my loan is $84,000 and change, I’m wondering if it’s possible to join this class action lawsuit not for the money although will be nice but to get this completely out of my credit it has been hurting me for years and I would love and appreciate some help.

I was a former student at the Orleans to the Fort Lauderdale in Florida by was at the school for less than two years classes, equipment and room and board was so expensive. I had to get two jobs and go to school full-time, therefore put them in a situation where I wasn’t fully concentrated at school from exhaustion also I would say I was forced to take certain classes although I had nothing to do with my career and I don’t understand how my loan went from an associates which was about 32,000 now it’s 84,000 or do I been paying little by little N supposedly getting help from these companies that promise you to forgive your debt if you pay a certain amount every month this has been hurting my score credit score for over 1617 years and what’s funny is the total amount does not move one bit I tried disputing this with a credit bureau, I had to call the school but the problem is they close down so there’s no way for me to get in contact with them unless I contact Sallie Mae but they want to collect their money obviously find a very unfair and abusive I don’t understand how my loan is $84,000 so I’m looking to join this class action lawsuit I really don’t care about the money although it will be nice for all the damage that’s been done as far as my credit reputation I just want this thing out of my life please if you can help reach out to me

I too was a student in 1986 and the same thing happened to me. The school ripped off many students and I have nothing to show for it.

I decided to bundle my direct tv, internet and call phones. A salesman delivered the the new phones, but failed to tell me that the only way I can use them in our home is thru the web. Our service is non-existent where we live. I tried to get ATT to provide cell extenders but said they would be an extra $200.00. So I don’t have service. Calls are constantly dropped, and have to pay additional charges so I can use our phones. Calls are also dropped while using the web.
